"My partner was after an engagement ring with a specific design, with a set of rose cut diamond. Locally, nothing was close to the design, so I decided to go down the route of getting a custom made ring. Gary was very quick to respond and equally as helpful throughout the whole process. Not knowing the ins and outs of rings, let alone custom made rings, Gary made the process very simple and straight forward. I felt comfortable asking him any question, and trusted that I would get an honest and genuine answer back.
